This genuine OEM tank cap insert assembly (Part #R-13270, R-13531) fits the Rainbow E Series AM-12 AquaMate extractor and covers both the soap and water sections of the tank. The assembly comes complete with the insert, tube, O-ring, and seal, and it works on units with either one pedal or two pedals.
A cap insert with a worn seal or cracked tube lets solution leak or seep between the tank sections, which weakens the extractor's cleaning and makes a mess. A complete fresh assembly reseals both sections so solution stays where it belongs and feeds correctly.
