This genuine OEM water pan latch (Part #R14434, R-8063) secures the water pan to the housing on Rexair Rainbow E and E2 vacuums, and it is interchangeable for the left or right side. The latch is sold as a single piece and does not include the spring or pin.
A cracked or worn latch no longer clamps the water pan tight, which can let the pan loosen or leak during use and break the filtration seal. A fresh latch restores a firm, secure hold on the pan.
