This genuine OEM felt inlet seal fits the Oreck XL21-600ECB upright and matches the Hoover CH95519 and Oreck BK95519. The felt seals the intake port so incoming air pulls through the nozzle rather than leaking in around the opening.
Felt seals compress and harden over time, and a worn one lets air bypass the intake, which softens suction and makes pickup inconsistent. A fresh felt seal closes that path and returns steady airflow.
