This genuine OEM Base Tray Assembly forms the main body of the cleaning head on the Titan T500 and Maytag M600, and it also fits Simplicity R10P and R10S and Riccar R10P and R10S. The tray holds the brush roll, motor, and wheels in their proper alignment.
The base tray is the structural frame of the nozzle, and a cracked or distorted tray throws the internal parts out of alignment. That misalignment shows up as uneven brush contact, noise, or poor pickup. A sound replacement tray restores correct geometry so every component sits where it belongs.
