This is the single flat belt for the lightweight uprights that Carpet Pro, Fuller Brush, Riccar, Simplicity and Titan all built on the same platform: the Carpet Pro CP-ULW and ZM-400, the Fuller Brush FB-SM Spiffy Maid, the Riccar and Simplicity R10S and the Titan T500. Part number B014-0814B, with the same belt also listed as a two-pack.
On a light machine the belt does more work than its size suggests, and when it stretches the brush roll simply stops keeping up. It shows as stripes of missed dirt on carpet you have already gone over, or a roll that stalls the moment it meets a thick rug.
Replace it with the bottom plate off, and cut wound hair from the roll ends while you are in there.
