H526B is the lock nut used on the Rainbow D3, D4 and D4SE. A lock nut differs from a plain one in that it resists backing off under vibration, which is exactly what is asked of it inside a machine whose motor runs at high speed for its entire life.
The practical rule with any lock nut is that it is a single-use item. The feature that gives it its grip deforms the first time it is torqued down, so a reused nut holds far less well than a new one - a poor thing to trust on a joint that is buried and hard to get back to.
Order one whenever a repair takes you into the assembly it secures, and close the machine up with a fresh nut rather than the one that came out.
