This genuine OEM Sanitaire cord hook (Part #A03802501) fits the Eureka and Sanitaire SC5500A, SC5500B, and SC5505A uprights. The hook mounts on the handle and holds the wrapped power cord in place during storage.
Cord hooks take stress every time the cord is wound and unwound, and a cracked or broken hook lets the cord unravel and dangle where it can be stepped on or run over.
