A four-inch upholstery tool, Bissell part 2036653, for the company's portable and upright deep cleaners. The narrow head is deliberate: at four inches across, the suction stays concentrated enough to pull water back out of dense fabric rather than merely wetting it.
Use it on cushions, headboards, stair carpet and car seats, and expect the head to show you exactly how much soil is coming up. Tools crack at the neck where they twist onto the hose, and a cracked neck bleeds air until the head stops recovering water properly, at which point it is doing half a job and leaving fabric wet.
