This genuine OEM Brush Roll serves Simplicity and Riccar uprights, fitting the F3700, R17, and RSL3 as well as the Simplicity R10P and Riccar R10P. The roller provides the agitation that loosens dirt from carpets and rugs for the airflow to remove.
Signs of a spent brush roll include flattened or missing bristles, weaker carpet agitation, and hair or lint wrapped tightly around the roller. Once the bristles no longer stand up to the pile, deep cleaning falls off. A fresh roll restores firm contact and full pickup.
