Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A nicked, pulled or repeatedly taped mains lead sends plenty of good vacuums to the kerb early, and it does not have to. Part 1954DG is the factory power supply cord for the SEBO 370 in dark gray, supplied as a complete lead rather than a splice or a repair kit.
Cords fail where they are stressed. The strain relief where the lead enters the machine is one place, the plug end is another, and anywhere the cable has been run over by the nozzle or dragged out of a socket by the flex is a third. The outer sheath splits, the copper inside work-hardens and breaks strand by strand, and the machine begins cutting out whenever the lead is moved. Exposed conductors are a shock and a fire risk, which puts a damaged cord firmly in the replace-now category rather than the keep-an-eye-on-it one.
Dark gray is the finish listed for the 370, and the lead is supplied whole rather than as a length to be cut and terminated, so nothing needs specifying beyond the model. It covers the 370 COMFORT and the ELECTRONIC 370 alike. A cord that has been taped mid-run is not repaired, only hidden, and taped joints are the ones that fail again first in a machine dragged around a house every week.
