Snap a cracked cover off the Duo handle and a live cable termination is looking straight back at you. Part 1020UL is the moulded SEBO cover that closes that junction again, holding the cable contact enclosed where the lead enters the handle.

SEBO lists it at position 21 on the Duo parts sheet as the contact cover. Covers tend to go one of two ways: brittle with age and split along a mounting boss, or simply lost during an earlier service and never put back. Either state leaves the connection open to dust and to knocks, and that is precisely how an intermittent contact begins its career. Fits the SEBO Duo Machine.
