Part 430001580 is a bag slide and clamp clip for Oreck 9000-series and XL uprights, molded in gray. Vacuums and More is an authorized Oreck dealer.
This clip is what keeps tension on the outer bag so it stays attached while the machine runs. Once it cracks, bends, or simply goes soft with age, the bag it was holding can shift even slightly, and that small a movement is enough to break the seal right at the mount, where the dust then escapes rather than anywhere else on the machine.
