The genuine OEM Kirby shampoo hose connector (Part #308117) fits the Avalir 2 and Avalir Platinum shampoo system. This connector joins the shampoo hose to the vacuum and to the renovator attachment so solution can pass through without leaking.
Connectors crack and their seals harden with age, and a loose or split connector loses solution and above-floor suction right at the joint. A fresh connector restores a tight, secure link and full flow through the shampoo circuit.
