Kirby lists part 191806 as the bag cover for the Sentria upright, the outer cover that carries the disposable bag inside it while you vacuum.
Because it sits at the top of the machine and gets grabbed, dragged and knocked against door frames, it tends to fail from handling rather than from wear. Once it tears at a seam or splits where it attaches, fine dust escapes past the filtration and the bag inside is no longer properly supported, so the machine looks and smells dirty even with a fresh bag fitted.
A replacement cover puts the sealed path back and tidies up a machine that is otherwise sound. Fit it along with a new bag so you are not chasing the same dust twice.
