Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 304706S is the renovator tray for the Kirby Sentria. It is the Sentria-specific version of the Rug Renovator base, the tray that carries the shampoo attachment and holds it at the right height on the carpet.
Trays crack at the mounting ears and along the edges that take contact with the floor. A cracked one leaks solution, sits unevenly, and stops locking to the machine properly, which is enough to make the entire shampoo attachment unusable even though every other part of the kit is fine.
This tray is for the Sentria specifically. The Sentria II takes a different tray, so check which machine you have before ordering, and fit the replacement in the original position so the attachment sits square to the carpet.
