This secondary filter sits between the bag compartment and the motor on your Hoover canister vacuum, catching fine particles that slip past the primary bag. Over time it clogs with dust, choking airflow and making the motor work harder than it should. Swapping it out regularly protects the motor and keeps suction strong. Measures approximately 5.5" x 4". Part #38765009.
