This genuine OEM seal fits a broad range of Hoover canisters and restores an airtight fit between components inside the machine. Cut to factory dimensions, it closes the junction so all airflow stays inside the filtration path.
A worn or missing seal lets air leak and dust bypass the filters, which drops suction and lets grit reach areas it should not. Fitting the correct OEM seal recovers the tight fit and returns the vacuum to full cleaning performance.
