Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Style K is the paper bag for Hoover's Spirit canister line, sold three to a pack as part 4010028K. It fits the C2075 along with a long run of S3000-series Spirit canisters sharing the same bag chamber.

Some of the specific models it covers: S3203, S3211, S3241, S3261, S3291, S3299, S3391, S3423, S3439, S3479 and S3629, among others in that same family. The model number is printed on the canister body, and confirming yours appears on that list is the safe move, since Hoover ran very similar shells across a wide model range and outward trim tells you nothing about which bag chamber sits inside.

A Spirit canister loses pickup gradually as the bag fills, since the paper restricts airflow well before the bag looks packed through the door. Change it once suction has noticeably dropped on carpet or the hose feels less lively, well before the bag feels full to the touch, since by that point the machine has already been working harder than it needs to for a while. A canister that suddenly sounds higher pitched under normal use is usually the bag rather than the motor, and checking there first costs nothing and rules out the cheapest cause before anything else gets opened up.
