Part UAU00000000K06 is a long motor belt pulley for 6.5 amp Sanitaire and Eureka commercial uprights, and it replaces the pulley the drive belt runs on rather than the belt itself.
A shop replacing belt after belt without solving the problem is usually chasing a pulley issue instead. Once the surface a belt actually rides on wears a groove, goes oval, or loses its sharp edge, a fresh belt slips, cooks, or throws itself clear within days even though the belt was fine off the shelf.
