Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Replacing a latch, a clip or a door seal only goes so far. Part 1831HG is the complete light gray dust bag housing for the SEBO 370 Comfort and Electronic 370, and it arrives with the internal cable already routed through the moulding.
Housings get changed after a fall cracks the shell, after a bag has been forced against a broken door, or when the compartment simply will not seal again no matter how many small parts have been renewed. That last case is the common one and the most frustrating, because a housing that has been distorted holds the door out of true everywhere at once, and each individual component tests fine on its own. Having the cable supplied pre-fitted takes the fiddly threading work out of the repair and removes the main opportunity to get the routing wrong.
Light gray matches the external mouldings across the 370 range.

Before committing to a full housing, it is worth ruling out the smaller failures one at a time: the door latch parts, the bag holder and the catch that retains it. A housing is the right answer when the shell itself is cracked or distorted, and the giveaway is a door that will not sit evenly no matter which individual component is renewed.
Genuine SEBO, generally shipping in 2–5 business days. Transfer the bag holder and catches from the old shell unless those are being replaced too, and use the swap as the moment to renew anything that has been marginal — the bumper and the door latch parts are far easier to fit with the housing off the machine than on it. Unplug the vacuum before disturbing the cable, and photograph the assembly before it comes apart.
