Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Strong suction at the floor head but a weak wand is the classic signature of a split connector tube. Part 1807HG is the light gray section that carries air upward out of the suction neck and into the cleaning wand on the SEBO 370 Comfort and Electronic 370, and a crack anywhere along it bleeds the attachment airflow away inside the machine.
The tube flexes every time the machine is reclined and straightened, so hairline splits tend to open at the moulded ends first, where the material is stiffest and the leverage highest. They are easy to miss by eye and easy to confirm by feel: run a hand along the tube with the vacuum running and listen for the hiss, or block the wand and see whether the motor note changes as it should. A leak here also explains the more confusing complaint, which is a machine that cleans carpet perfectly well and then does almost nothing through the hose and tools.
