Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Baseboards, chair legs and door frames all take their turn against the front of a floor nozzle, and gray black bumper 2302GS is the trim that absorbs the punishment on ET-1 heads. It wraps the leading edge so the housing behind it never makes the contact, and it is the reason a well-kept head still looks straight after years of edge work.
SEBO lists this moulding at position 101 in the DART parts diagram as the complete bumper. Trim hardens with age rather than with mileage, and the failure is predictable: it splits at a corner, works loose from its retaining channel, then lifts far enough to snag on the very furniture it exists to protect. Once that happens the marks start appearing on skirting boards and on the shell underneath. A strip that has gone rigid enough to rattle in its groove is worth changing before it takes a chip out of the housing. Replacement is a front-edge job with the head laid on its back; clear the channel of grit before pressing the new moulding home, and work from one corner across rather than pushing the middle down first.
Fitment runs wide on this one. The same trim serves the SEBO FELIX Premium, the DART, the C3.1 and the AIRBELT D4 Premium, AIRBELT E3 Premium and AIRBELT K3 Premium canisters, all of which use an ET-1 head, and it suits those heads whether or not they carry an on/off rocker. Colour is the ordering decision: this is the gray black item, the light gray equivalent is part 2302HG, and the version bundled with the soft carpet front bottom plate is 2302SC.
