The hose assembly for Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Turbo uprights, part 1616285. It is the flexible run that carries suction from the body of the machine up to the wand and tools, so every above-floor job — stairs, upholstery, the car — depends on it sealing.
Hoses fail from the inside out. A pinhole at a flex point or a split where the cuff meets the body bleeds off suction without being obvious to look at; a full clog stops it dead. If the floor head still cleans well but the tools have gone weak, the hose is the part at fault.
This one fits the Pet Hair Eraser Turbo Plus 2281, 22813, 22818, 2461, 24613 and 24619, the Turbo Pro 22814 and 2281K, and the Turbo 2475 and 2475N. Both cuffs match the original fittings, so no adapters are needed.
