The cap and insert assembly for the Bissell Little Green Pro, part 2035014. It closes the tank and carries the internal insert that feeds the pump, so it is part of the fluid path rather than a plain stopper.
Little Greens live in cupboards and car boots and get knocked about, and the cap is what takes it. A hairline crack in the cap, a chewed thread or a hardened seal on the insert all let the machine pull air, and the spray weakens or dies while there is still solution in the tank. Dribbles around the neck when the unit is tipped are the other tell.
It fits the Little Green Pro 1400 series along with the 1425 and 14251, and the 9E02. Seat it square and hand-tighten; forcing a cross-threaded cap is what ruins the tank neck.
