This genuine OEM Rainbow brushroll bearing boot (Part #R5592) fits E2 series, E series, and SE Performance roller brushes. The boot caps and seals the brushroll bearing, keeping debris out while the roll spins.

A bearing boot that has split, hardened, or gone missing exposes the bearing to hair and grit, which leads to noisy, rough rotation and premature bearing failure. A failing bearing then slows the brush roll. Fitting the correct boot restores the seal and protects the bearing.
