This genuine OEM ProTeam motor pulley assembly (Part #835692) fits the ProTeam ProGen 12 and ProGen 15 upright vacuums. The pulley presses onto the motor shaft and drives the timing belt that turns the brush roll.
A pulley with worn teeth or a loose bore lets the belt slip or wander, so the brush roll loses speed and carpet agitation suffers, often alongside belt squeal or premature belt wear. Fitting a fresh pulley restores a positive grip on the belt and steady brush drive.
