The Lindhaus LW35 Flexy is a battery-powered commercial scrubber dryer that an operator walks behind to wash, scrub and dry hard floors in a single pass. Lindhaus builds it around the Flexy joint, which lets the whole body frame lay over flat, 90 degrees left or right, so the machine reaches under tables, chairs and low furniture that a fixed-body scrubber cannot get to. A base height of 5.9 in is what lets it follow the operator into those spaces.
Lindhaus publishes a 36 volt lithium-ion battery giving up to 45 minutes of run time and recharging in 90 minutes, a brush turning at 1400 rpm, a 300 watt suction motor, and working widths of 14.4 in for the vacuum and 13.2 in for the brush. Solution and recovery tanks hold 0.7 gallons each, rated at roughly 18 minutes of working time per fill. The solution tank sits inside the handle, which moves weight off the base and keeps the machine easy to steer.
The drying system collects water on the reverse stroke as well as the forward one, so a floor is walkable again without waiting on air drying, which is the point of a scrubber dryer over a mop. Published noise level is 70 dB and total weight with the battery fitted is 22 lbs.
