We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

For tougher cleaning and finish removal, the genuine Lindhaus 38 abrasive roller-pad in red, part number 180080381, gives your scrubber-drier real cutting power. It fits the LW35 Flexy battery scrubber-drier and the LW38, mounting in the standard roller position through the tool-free Flexy system.

Red is the abrasive grade in Lindhaus's color-coded pad range, a level more aggressive than the soft white polishing pad. This roller-pad scours rather than buffs, making it the right choice for stripping light finish, cutting through ground-in soil, scuff marks and stubborn film on hard floors, and prepping a surface before re-coating. Combined with the LW35 Flexy's solution delivery and rear drying squeegee, it scrubs and recovers in one bidirectional pass.

Abrasive pads wear down as the cutting surface erodes, and a worn pad loses its bite and works slowly. Fitting a fresh 180080381 restores full, even abrasive action across the working width.
