Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Expedited UPS Ground is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Lindhaus LW30 eco FORCE is a compact 12" (11" / 300 mm brush) commercial scrubber drier engineered for tight, high-traffic spaces where larger machines can't go. Part of the eco FORCE line, it scrubs and dries hard floors in a single pass with an industry-leading low profile of just 14 cm (5.5") and a lightweight body around 10.2 kg (under 23 lb), so operators can clean under fixtures and carry it between floors with ease.

A dual cylindrical brush roller agitates and lifts soil while strong vacuum drying leaves floors walkable immediately. Brush pressure is adjustable with indicator lights confirming the setting, and electronic overload control holds a constant 1,500 RPM under load. Operation stays under 65 dB, quiet enough for occupied retail, healthcare, schools and offices.

The LW30 is genuinely multi-functional: fit the optional carpet nozzle, soft-bristle roller and Lindhaus Textile detergent and it cleans low-nap commercial carpet, and optional window injection/extraction and upholstery kits extend its range further. Designed and built 100% in Italy, the LW30 eco FORCE (SKU 191714681) ships from an authorized Lindhaus dealer with full factory warranty.
