This Poly-V drive belt replaces the worn belt on Hoover WindTunnel-2 uprights, restoring full brush-roll rotation for effective carpet agitation. It fits the U8311900 and U8347900 along with U8351900, U8351950, U8361-900, U8371-900, UH30065, UH40060, UH70010, UH70015, and UH70020, carrying power from the motor to the brush roll.
A stretched or broken belt is the most common reason a brush roll stops spinning, and cleaning falls off as the belt slips. A fresh belt returns strong brush agitation and noticeably better pickup.
- Fits: Hoover U8311900, U8347900, U8351900, U8351950, U8361-900, U8371-900, UH30065, UH40060, UH70010, UH70015, UH70020.
- Function: Poly-V belt driving the brush roll.
