Product details
Hoover nozzle liner, part 37243072, for the UH70010, UH70015 and UH70020 uprights. The liner is the moulded insert inside the nozzle that forms the suction channel above the brush roll and seals it against the nozzle shell.
Liners wear from the inside out. Grit dragged through the channel abrades the surface, and impacts against furniture legs crack the edge where it meets the sole plate. The result is a machine that has lost some of its pull at the floor with no obvious fault to point at: no clog, no full bag, just debris skipping past the nozzle mouth and edge cleaning that has stopped working.
Clear packed hair and lint from the nozzle before the new liner goes in. A compacted mat underneath will hold the liner off its seat and leave you with the same leak you set out to fix.
