Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

This is the motor pulley for Hoover's commercial convertible uprights, part 43251003. It is the small pulley mounted on the motor shaft that drives the belt down to the brush roll, converting the motor's spin into brush rotation at the floor.

A worn or glazed pulley slips under the belt rather than turning it cleanly, and the first sign is usually a brush roll that spins slower than it should or stalls under a thick pile even though the motor sounds normal. A cracked pulley can also throw the belt off entirely, which stops brush rotation while suction keeps running as usual.

This pulley is confirmed for the Hoover C1065, C1067, C1069, C1085, C1091, C1111, C1401, C1405, C1425, C1429, C1433, C1433010, C1439, C1525, U7063 and U7079. Check the model number on your machine against that list before ordering rather than judging by appearance, since a pulley that looks close can still sit wrong under the belt. While you have the belt cover off, inspect the belt itself for glazing or stretch, since a worn pulley and a worn belt tend to show up together on a machine that has been in service a while.
