Carpet Pro Belt Cover - Ful...

Product details

Part CM011006 is the belt cover for this commercial upright family, spanning the Fuller Brush FBP-14PW and FBP-14PWBP, the Titan TC6000 and TC6000.2, the Carpet Pro CMP3N, CMP3QD and CMP3T, and the Clean Max CMPSQD.

A belt cover is pulled away and refitted at every belt change, so on a machine in daily service it collects far more handling than most parts its size. Once it cracks or loses its grip, the cover stops holding position: it sits crooked, rattles as the machine is pushed, or works free and goes missing altogether, leaving the belt drive open to whatever the nozzle rolls over.

  • Part: CM011006, belt cover
  • Fits: Fuller Brush FBP-14PW, FBP-14PWBP; Titan TC6000, TC6000.2; Carpet Pro CMP3N, CMP3QD, CMP3T; Clean Max CMPSQD
  • Function: covers the belt drive while the machine is in use
  • Tip: inspect the belt while this cover is off, since both parts are usually serviced together

A replacement goes back on in a couple of minutes and puts an end to the rattle from the broken one. A cover that is only lightly marked but still sits tight and quiet can wait; one that has already worked loose is worth changing before it disappears mid-shift. Match your specific model against the list above before placing an order, since several similar-looking commercial uprights share this same parts family.
