This rear wheel, part 15409A119N, fits the Sanitaire and Eureka MM III machines built in the 3676 series, covering the 3673A, SC3683D and SL3681A models.
Rear wheels carry the weight of the machine, and in daily commercial use that means constant rolling across carpet, tile and thresholds. A flat spot or an oval-worn hub makes the machine pull to one side, thump with every turn, and push harder than it should. Once a wheel wears down to the hub it can also mark hard floors.
Where you can, swap both rear wheels together rather than just the damaged one. Mixing a fresh wheel with a worn partner leaves the machine sitting unevenly, and it will lean or drag on that side however sound the new wheel is.

- Replace when: the machine drags, thumps, or a wheel shows a flat spot
While the wheel is off, check the axle it rides on as well. A wheel that wallows loosely on a worn axle can produce the same drag and thump as a flat-spotted wheel, so replacing the wheel alone will not always clear the symptom on its own if the axle underneath is also worn.
