This is the Style LS paper bag for the Eureka and Sanitaire commercial upright line, sold five to a pack under part 63256A. The bag carries the Arm and Hammer odor-eliminating treatment named on the box, meant to keep a bag that sits full for a day or two from souring a cleaning cart or a utility closet.
Style LS bags cover the Eureka SC5713B and SC5713D uprights and the SC5815E, and the identical bag is listed for those same model numbers sold under the Sanitaire name. Commercial machines like these run bags to full more often than a home vacuum does, and a paper bag past capacity chokes airflow well before it looks packed from the outside.
