Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Everything in a cleaning head hangs off the chassis, which is why SEBO supplies part 2821HG as a whole light gray frame rather than a repair section. This is the version cut for the SEBO ESSENTIAL G1 and the SEBO ESSENTIAL G4, the two machines in the range built around a 12 inch brush roller.
A frame that has cracked at a mounting boss lets the roller and its bearings sit out of true. The machine still runs, but the brush wears unevenly, the belt tracks off centre, and the head no longer meets the carpet flat across its width. Damage of that kind is structural, and patching it rarely holds for long: the crack reopens under load within a few hours of use, usually at the same boss. Dropping the machine on its head, running it hard into a skirting board, or over-tightening a screw into a boss that has already started to split are the common causes.
Because the frame arrives bare, the rebuild is a transfer job. Brush roller 5010AM, or the soft-bristle version 5010GE, moves across with its release catch 5713GS; bearing blocks 5031HG on the right and 5766HG on the left go back in their seats; belt 5463 carries the drive from the motor to the sensor and belt 5110 takes it on to the bearing block. Front bottom plate 5411HG and rear bottom plate 2829HG close the base, and power head cover 2831AM caps a G1 while 2831AM2 does the same on a G4. Work through it in that order and nothing gets left in the old frame.
