This OEM dirt intake hose maintains the suction pathway in your Carpet Pro CMP3N, Carpet Pro CPU2, and other similar models. The intake hose connects the nozzle to the collection system, and damage here causes suction loss right where your vacuum meets the floor.
The dirt intake hose is the connection between the nozzle and the collection system, carrying all debris from the floor to the bag or container. A cracked, collapsed, or disconnected intake hose causes suction loss right at floor level, even when the motor sounds perfectly normal.
