Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Light gray trim for the leading edge of an ET-1 floor head, part 2302HG is the cushioning strip that meets furniture and skirting before the housing does. SEBO carries it at position 101 in the FELIX parts diagram, described there as the complete light gray bumper.
Age tells on this component more than mileage does. The material stiffens, loses its grip in the retaining channel and begins to lift at whichever end has taken the most knocks. A lifted strip absorbs nothing and instead catches on chair legs and door architraves, which is usually the moment an owner notices it at all. Other giveaways are a rattle from the front of the head at speed, a visible gap between trim and shell, and fresh scuff marks on painted skirting where there were none before. None of it affects how the machine cleans, but every week it stays on the head is another week of contact landing on the moulding behind it.
Fitting is a front-edge job with the head laid on its back. Clear the channel of grit before pressing the new strip home, because a single trapped stone will hold one end proud and start the whole cycle over again. Work the ends in first and settle the middle last.
