SEBO Brush Cover for ET-H Power Head

Underneath the ET-H nozzle, the brush cover is the panel that closes over the roller channel and keeps the agitator in its working position. Part 2752DG replaces that cover once it has been cracked by a jam, worn thin against carpet, or left short of a clip.

It has two jobs at once. Mechanically it retains the roller, so the agitator cannot climb out of its seat under load. Aerodynamically it forms one wall of the channel the air travels through, and that only works if it is sitting flat and complete. Both jobs fail together when the cover is damaged.

A cover that no longer seats properly lets the roller sit loose and lets air escape at the mouth of the nozzle, so the brush stops meeting carpet at the depth it was designed to reach. The symptoms read as poor pickup along one edge, a nozzle that whistles, or a rattle from the underside that changes when you press down on the head. The replacement clips back into the original locations.

Cracks tend to start at a clip or a corner and travel from there, so a cover with a hairline in it is worth changing before it becomes two pieces in the middle of a clean. Check the clips themselves as well as the panel: a cover that looks intact but no longer holds down at one end has usually lost a clip rather than cracked.
