The Vapamore MR500 Vento drive belt (Part #500DRIVEBELT) is a replacement flat belt that powers the brush roll on the floor nozzle of the Vapamore MR500 Vento canister vacuum. The belt turns the brush to agitate carpet.
When the belt stretches or breaks, the brush stops spinning and the vacuum drops to suction-only mode, which barely cleans carpet. A slipping belt shows up as poor carpet pickup even though the motor runs fine. Fitting a fresh belt gets the brush turning again, and the improvement in carpet pickup is immediate.
