Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A canister vacuum only tracks well if every wheel underneath it still turns freely, and the swivel castor is the one doing the steering. On the NaceCare NVR200, it lets the canister pivot and follow the hose instead of digging in and dragging every time you change direction.
Wear here shows up as a wheel that no longer swivels, one that wobbles side to side in its socket, or a housing that has cracked from being run over furniture legs and door thresholds. Once a castor seizes, the canister stops moving with you and starts fighting you, and the strain shifts onto the remaining wheels and the body they are mounted to.
This castor, part 204000, is sized to the NVR200's mounting post. Replacement is a pull-and-press job: most swivel castors on this platform snap into a socket without tools, though a stubborn one may need light prying to clear the retaining lip.
Commercial-style canisters like the NVR200 spend more hours in service than most residential machines, and castors take the brunt of that mileage since they contact every threshold, cord, and uneven floor transition in a facility. Checking the castors during routine maintenance, rather than waiting for one to seize completely, keeps the machine tracking evenly and takes the load off the remaining wheels. Lint and hair wound tightly around the axle underneath the wheel is a common cause of a castor that spins stiffly but has not actually cracked, so it is worth cutting away any buildup there before concluding the whole unit needs replacing.
