Measure before ordering. SEBO lists 4 mm Torx screws at 13, 16 and 20 mm, all with the same head and the same T20 recess, and telling them apart by eye once they are loose in a tray is guesswork. Putting the 13 mm where the 16 mm belongs leaves the joint half clamped, which shows up later as a creak along a seam rather than as an obvious failure.

Replace one when the recess has begun to open out, when the screw no longer draws the panel down however far it is turned, or when a strip-down has left you a fastener short. None of those is worth working around, because a body screw that has stopped clamping passes its share of the load to the fixings on either side of it, and those then fail in turn.
