Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement latch slide (Part #6490001312) fits Sanyo 14-inch upright vacuums. The slide is the moving element of the latch that locks a panel or the handle securely in position during use.

A worn or broken latch slide will not engage cleanly, so the panel or handle it secures can pop loose or fail to lock at all. That makes the machine feel unreliable and can let a cover shift. A new slide restores firm, positive latching.
