Product details
Suction adjustment on a FELIX is handled by the board drawn at item 5 of SEBO's FELIX parts sheet, which sits inside the air duct. That board is 7111ER, rated 120V, and it is the number to quote for a SEBO FELIX Premium or a FELIX 2 Premium that has suction control fitted.
Where it sits explains a good deal about how it fails. A board in the duct lives with moving air, vibration and whatever fine dust works past a bag over ten years, rather than sitting in a sealed pocket somewhere dry. Three complaints lead here: suction that no longer responds when the control is moved, a machine locked at one speed whatever the setting, and one showing no sign of life once the cord and the switch have both been cleared. On the same drawing the internal cable is item 3 and the suction motor is item 8, either side of this board in the circuit, so both deserve a look while the body is open.
- Part number: 7111ER
- Machines: the SEBO FELIX Premium and the FELIX 2 Premium, built with suction control
- Rating: 120V
- Diagram: item 5 on the FELIX sheet, printed circuit board
- Mounted: in the air duct
- Wrong part for: uprights with no suction adjustment, where 7110ER is the applicable number
Ordered with it more often than not: internal cable 7071 and switch lever 7032ER, both listed for these two machines, along with supply cord 7127DG. With an upright stripped down this far already, pre-motor filter 7012AM takes seconds more to change.
Genuine SEBO electronics through our authorized dealership, factory. Leave the fitting to a qualified vacuum technician, and unplug the machine before anything is opened. Ships in 2-5 business days.
