The Oreck Power Button with Spring is a genuine OEM switch assembly for the LW100 Magnesium upright vacuum. A sticky or unresponsive power button turns a perfectly good vacuum into a frustrating one, and eventually into one that cannot be switched on at all.
This replacement includes both the button and its integrated spring mechanism as a complete assembly, so the repair is a matter of installing the whole unit rather than diagnosing which small piece failed. That makes it a ready-to-install fix for one of the more common wear points on any frequently used machine.
