Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Hetty is the pink-liveried Hi-Power model in Numatic's canister range, cataloged under SKU 900777 and fitted with Auto Save, the two-speed control that starts the machine in economy and leaves full power one switch away.

Numatic rates the two-speed head at 1200 watts on Hi and 600 watts on Lo, with suction of 2500 mm and 1500 mm respectively and airflow around 42 liters per second. The drum holds 9 liters behind TriTex filtration and HepaFlo bags, the 33 foot cord gives roughly 26.8 meters of cleaning range on a spring-free rewind, and the body measures 340 by 340 by 370 mm at 6.6 kilograms.

Choosing a canister over an upright comes down to reach more than raw power.
