Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

What is included?

One non-electric hose with end cuffs. Curved handle, wand and floorhead are not included. Retain your existing handle and machine-end connector; transfer reusable fittings as required for your assembly. If a connector is broken, contact us before ordering to identify the additional part needed.

Check your model before ordering

Classic C1 and Compact C1 are different vacuum families. This hose is not for Compact C1, Compact C2 or Complete C3 models. It carries suction only and cannot power an electric floorhead. Match the model on the label underneath your vacuum and compare your existing hose connections with the photos. Contact Vacuums and More if you need help confirming fit.
