We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.
Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Lindhaus LS50 Electric is the corded member of Lindhaus's wide-area upright line, built for facilities that need to cover large stretches of open floor faster than a standard-width machine allows. Running on corded power rather than a battery, it stays on for as long as it is plugged in, which suits scheduled, continuous cleaning across big rooms rather than short, on-demand passes.
A wide-area machine trades some maneuverability for coverage: its extra width means fewer passes across a large room, but it needs more clearance to turn and a wider doorway to pass through than a standard 12 or 14 inch upright. That makes it a better fit for open floors like conference centers, retail aisles, and school hallways than for spaces broken up into small rooms with narrow connecting doorways.
Because this is the Electric configuration rather than the Hybrid, there is no battery pack to charge or swap; the machine is ready to run the moment it is plugged in and stays running for the length of the shift, without the runtime limits or charging routine a battery-powered wide-area machine would need managed around a schedule.
