    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Part 181220081 steps up bristle stiffness on the same D.80 roller body used across the Lindhaus LS50 line, moving from the standard black roller to a 0.40mm red bristle rated strong.

    This is the roller to reach for when a fleet's standard grade is not clearing heavier, denser or higher-traffic commercial carpet - the thicker, strong-rated 0.40mm bristle pushes further into the pile and pulls out grit a softer roller passes over. It is not a general replacement for the black standard roller so much as an upgrade option for specific carpet conditions where the extra bristle stiffness earns its keep.

    Because the LS50 is a wide-area machine, a fleet running mixed carpet types across a large facility often keeps both grades on hand rather than standardizing on one - the strong roller for lobbies and entry mats that see heavy soil, the standard grade for lighter-traffic areas where the extra stiffness isn't needed.

    Fits the LS50 Electric and LS50 Hybrid wide-area machines. Like any bristle roller it wears with use regardless of grade, so keep an eye on pickup even after moving to the firmer option - a worn strong roller will still underperform a fresh standard one.
