Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Keep your compact Lindhaus upright cleaning at full strength with the genuine Lindhaus Brush Roller 300 Black (Standard), part number 009650301. This is the factory-standard agitator roller for the Lindhaus Dynamic 300e eco FORCE upright vacuum, sized to its 300mm / 10.6-inch brush width.

The brush roller is the part that physically grooms carpet, its bristles agitate and lift embedded grit, fibers and pet hair so the dual-motor suction system can carry the debris into the bag. Through regular use those bristles wear flat and lose their bite, which shows up as weaker pickup and dull-looking carpet. Installing a fresh 300 black standard roller restores the Dynamic 300e to its original deep-cleaning performance.

True to Lindhaus engineering, this roller is dynamically balanced and runs on ball-bearing supports for smooth, quiet, low-vibration operation, and it changes out without any tools so routine maintenance and cleaning of the brush housing stay quick. Black bristle is the standard medium grade supplied with the Dynamic 300e.
